Enchat Homes is a premium home furnishing brand selling bathrobes, towels, pillow covers, and bedsheets on Amazon India. The goal was simple: scale aggressively without destroying profitability.

In January 2026, we executed a structured scale strategy that increased ad spends by 82.75% while maintaining ACoS stability and driving a 75.12% increase in total sales.

Summary

In just 5 month:

• Total Sales grew from ₹9.2L to ₹16.12L
• PPC Sales grew from ₹6.53L to ₹11.91L
• Total Orders increased by 46%
• Sessions increased by 60%
• ACoS remained stable at 32%

This was controlled scaling. Not reckless budget expansion.
